Steps for a successful rollout - How VolunteerMatters helps - Consulting/Coaching packages

Consulting/Coaching

Consulting and coaching is strongly recommended for every new engagement. Smaller organizations tend to have staff that manage volunteerism along with several other jobs/responsibilities. Rolling out a new philosophy on volunteerism, along with new policies, procedures, and tools might be a tall order considering everything that is already on their plate. This is where VolunteerMatters can help by stepping in as an expert in implementing a proven strategy for a successful rollout.

Even those larger organizations that have staff dedicated to the development of volunteerism association-wide have found it very helpful engage VolunteerMatters for consulting. They have found it streamlines the rollout, speeds the time to implementation, and assures a stronger rate of adoption with stakeholders across their branches.

Consulting/Coaching Packages

“Thought Leader” 90-day Package* (one time investment of $3,750)

  • Project management for a rollout process over a max 90-day period
  • Advanced product setup for additional credentials and integrated background checks
  • Import of volunteer activity history and existing credentials
  • Two days of on-site seminars for association and branch administrators and organizers to facilitate the commitment to a culture of extraordinary volunteerism, adoption of a philosophical approach to volunteerism, reinforcement of organizational policies and product training.
    • Live, in-person, hands-on, instructor-led experience where your users can listen and watch the instructor perform volunteer and administrative tasks but also directly use the software through interactive case studies. Users tend to bring a problem-oriented way of thinking to workplace training. Case studies are an excellent way to capitalize on this type of learning. By analyzing real job-related situations, users can learn how to handle similar situations. They can also see how various elements of a job work together to streamline processes and solve problems. Trainings can be broken up into several sessions to address different types of users according to role, program area, and/or location.
